This year Cheney School has a brand new Student Prefect System.
As a Sixth Form student you are eligible to apply for the Head Prefect and Senior Prefect roles.
The responsibilities of Student Prefects is split between three areas:
- Teaching and Learning
- Behaviour and Attendance
- Curriculum and extra curricular
Per area there are 2 Head Prefect positions and 2 Senior Prefect positions.
This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership, teamwork and communication skills. As well as enabling you to engage with the whole school community.
