The classics centre is hosting a double-bill of talks themed on Sophocles' Antigone next week. On Monday 13th March, 3 - 4pm, Dr Tom Mackenzie from UCL is coming to talk about "Cosmic Justice in Antigone".
On Tuesday 14th March, 3 - 4pm, novelist and broadcaster Natalie Haynes is talking on "Honour Among Thebes", exploring the characters of Jocasta, Antigone and Ismene. She will also be bringing copies of her latest novel, "Children of Jocasta", which people will be able to purchase and get signed.
