Summer STEM Taster Sessions...
Abingdon and Witney College are
organising a number of taster sessions, aimed at year 11, 12 and 13 students,
designed to inspire and raise awareness about apprenticeships in STEM. These
will build on the work already carried out by colleges and the Oxfordshire
Apprenticeships Launch Pad.
These sessions will be focussed
on practical and exciting activities that will demonstrate the potential for
high impact, long-lasting careers in a thriving local and regional growth
area. The sessions will also provide high quality, independent advice and
guidance about apprenticeships and careers so that we ensure that young people
are clear about all the options that they have.
