University of Oxford English Faculty Open Day

University of Oxford, English Faculty State Schools Open Day: Saturday 5 March 2016

The English Faculty at the University of Oxford will be holding an invite-only, open day on Saturday 5 March 2016. The open day will run from approximately 10.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., and visitors will have the opportunity to:

·      -  Hear talks about the English programme and admissions process

·       - Attend an introductory lecture on various literary topics

·       - Visit an Oxford college

·       =- Chat with current students about their experiences of studying at Oxford

There are a specific number of places available; if these are filled, then any further schools interested in attending will be added to a waiting list. After the deadline, we will also let attending schools know if we have space available for extra students.

We will later provide further details of the day, including a full programme and a list of any other participating schools in your area so that you can, if you wish, make joint arrangements for transport.
