Festival of Lost Cities - this Monday

All Sixth Form students are very warmly invited and encouraged to come to the Festival of Lost Cities on Monday from 3pm. Class Civ students are expected to attend for the first hour in lieu of their lesson last Wednesday.  The talks, activities and food are all going to be brilliant.  This is a great opportunity to hear top speakers without having to even leave Cheney.  The Festival will be for Cheney only up to 3.30 at which point large numbers of visitors from places as far afield as Kent and London are expected - but do stay for as long as you want.

Please be aware that L1 and L2 will be set up on Monday morning - L1 from 9am (though do please work in there up to 12 noon, without moving the tables) and L2 from 11am.  Sorry for the disruption - everything will be back in place early on Tuesday morning.

13D History students - my apologies for absence today Period Six - please come to the festival. We will be taking notes this week on the chapter in Phillips about Frankish settlement.  The questions you need to answer can be found on Edmodo - the code for the page is:  cja4mt.  Many thanks.
