Parents Evening Wednesday 15th March and UCAS Convention Visit Thursday 16th March

If you have not yet returned your slip for this parents evening and for the UCAS Convention, please do so as a matter of urgency.  (The requested date for return when the trip was advertised on 5th January was Monday 16th January).  Extra letters are available outside Ms Dix's office - please collect one on Monday

Please make sure that either you, or a family member, attends the Parents Evening on 15th March from 6.00 to 7.30. It is one opportunity in the year for students and parents to get information and ask questions about your options at 18+ - it makes a tremendous difference to the quality of your preparation if you can be present with a parent.

Except for some students who have already been, and for a few who will be elsewhere, it is expected that all Year Twelves will be coming to the UCAS Convention - there will be no lessons during the trip.  There will more than 180 exhibitors at the Convention, including major employers like the NHS and the Armed Forces, as well as apprenticeship providers and Gap Year organisations - there will be something for everybody no matter what their current plans.
