When you return on 4th January, you will see that decorations have started to appear in L1 and the Lane Foyer (and elsewhere) in preparation for the Festival of Lost Cities on 18th January. I've spent this holiday week starting to get these up partly so I can be sure to get everything ready in time for the event itself and partly to start to raise awareness and anticipation for the event itself!
These decorations are temporary and will come down once the festival is over; in the mean time, if you could keep an eye on them and look after them, I would be very grateful indeed.
