When your UCAS form and personal statement are ready to go, you need to 'pay and send'. That sends your form to Cheney, not to UCAS. It is very easy to send it back to you if you have made a mistake, and you don't have to pay again when you send it back to us.
Once you have paid and sent, your PL will finalise your reference and send it to me. After further checking and discussion, you will see it before I send it on to UCAS.
We expect to send all UCAS forms on to UCAS within ten working days of you paying and sending. In early November a very large number of forms usually come in all at once, and it can take us up to fifteen working days. We will do our best to process your forms as quickly as possible. Do feel free to ask your PL or me (gently) how your form is getting on if you are worried. The more you communicate with your PL and with me, the more likely we are to be able to do everything quickly and to a high standard. Please be proactive.
