On Monday 30th October, from 5 until 6pm, Dr Tristan Franklinos from the University of Oxford will be delivering a talk on Roman Love Elegy. The talk will take place in the Classics Centre (L14).
This talk will include a general
overview of Roman Love Elegy - a literary movement which thrived in late first century BC Rome - and a detailed exploration of some of the key poems. The talk is aimed at A level Latin students, but all are very
welcome. The talk will be followed by drinks.
