Engineering Maintenance – For Year 11, 12 or 13 Students

Entry Requirements:
-       We require a minimum of 5 GCSE’S (or equivalent) - 3 of which should be at grade C or above. You should also have English and Maths at Grade B or Grade 6 (in the new GCSE Grading Structure) or above.
-       A technology related subject or a BTEC level 3 (60 credits plus) or equivalent in a relevant Engineering or Technology discipline would be advantageous but is not essential.
Pay: £12,500 per year rising to over £24,000 over the programme.
         Immediate eligibility for company car scheme, plus other benefits.
Qualification: Level 2 and Level 3 in Engineering. You could have the potential to move onto the Higher National Certificate (HNC) at level 4 in engineering subject to YOUR performance and attitude.
Personal Requirement:
You will need to be enthusiastic and well-disciplined as our apprenticeship is heavily focused on attitude and behaviour. In addition, you need to exhibit initiative, be reliable and conscientious. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to think logically and to work both independently and as part of a team.
 
 
Engineering Technician – For Year 12 or 13 Students

Entry Requirements:
· We require a minimum of 5 GCSE’S - 3 of which should be at grade C or above. You should also have English and Maths at Grade B or Grade 6 (in the new GCSE Grading Structure) or above
· You will also have a minimum of two AS-Levels (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in both a Mathematical subject and a Science, Technology or Engineering related subject, or a BTEC level 3 (90 credits plus) or equivalent in a relevant Engineering or Technology discipline
Pay: £12,500 per year rising to over £24,000 over the programme.
         Immediate eligibility for company car scheme, plus other benefits.
Qualification: Level 3 and Level 4 in Engineering. You will be expected to successfully complete an honour degree in engineering during years 2 – 4 of your apprenticeship which is fully funded by the company. 
Personal Requirement:
You will need to possess the physical dexterity to carry out precise work with small components and the mental ability to handle complex data calculations, of all types, rapidly and with accuracy. In addition to your technical skills, the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively to and with others is essential.

Technical Laboratory – For Year 12 or 13 Students

·  Be enthusiastic about cars and their manufacture

·  Be flexible, willing to work and spend time in different areas and sites within the UK and Germany 
Pay: £12,500 per year rising to over £24,000 over the programme.

Qualification: Completion of the Apprentice programme including the opportunity to gain a related degree.

Qualification: Alongside your NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Business Administration, you will undertake a Foundation Degree in Business Management, which subject to your performance maybe be topped up to a full degree.

ICT Technical – For Year 12 or 13 Students

Entry Requirements:
·  You will have a minimum of two AS-Levels (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in a Technology, Business or Science related subject. At least one must be in a Technology related subject.
·  A good working knowledge around all MS office packages in particular excel and access data bases would be advantageous. 
Pay: £12,500 per year rising to over £24,000 over the programme.

Qualification: During this time your formal training will be delivered at college or university as required and will see you undertaking an honours degree in Computer Science.
