Mindfulness Training

            Mindfulness is quickly gaining prominence as a respected and scientifically-endorsed mental training. It assists children (and adults) in developing the capacity to concentrate and pay sustained attention, greatly benefitting academic performance. 

We are offering an 8 week course of mindfulness training. For more information please see collect a letter form the racks outside the Sixth Form Office.
