Henry Marsh
What are your thoughts made of?
An eminent neurosurgeon and author whose books give a candid account of his profession providing intimate insight into life and death decisions. “When a book starts like this - ‘ I often have to cut into the brain and it is something I hate doing’ - you have to go on reading…” (Karl Ove Knausgaard. The Financial Times). Henry has strong views of successive politicians’ handling of the NHS and extensive experience of surgery in the Ukraine, Nepal, Albania and Pakistan.
