Cheney School Rowing Club - volunteers needed!
The Cheney School rowing club is looking for 6th form helpers to go down to the river and support the coaches, after school on a Wednesday. This would involve helping the Y7s to carry boats and check that everyone is in the right place at the right time and looking out for H&S. You dont have to be an experienced rower but this would help and allow you to get more fully involved.
This could go towards any volunteering hours that you need to make up, or even be seen as a leadership skill. It would also be an excellent example of responsibility that you could write about on your UCAS application.
If interested, please contact Ms Garden in D&T
